This page is designed to be a guide only.  As with anyone, signatures will never look exactly the same from one example to the next.  I am more than happy to provide this as a helpful tool for all my fellow collectors.  If a signature scan is not clear enough, please e-mail me and I will attempt to make a better copy.  I am also accepting signatures examples from you too.  If you have a scan that I don't have on file, another example of an existing scan or if you are wanting to verify whether a signature is real or fake, please e-mail me your name and a scan of what you are basing your findings on.

Anyone sending me an autograph example needs to follow these rules:

1. The scan of the autograph needs to be at least 300 dpi or the photo needs to be large enough so that I can edit the signature from the photo.

2. Provide the name of the person you have sent.  It may not be obvious to me.

3. Let me know whether the scan is an in-person, purchased, preprint or autopen signature.

4. Let me know whether your scan is a example of a possible or a truly authentic signature or an example of a possible or true forgery signature.

5. Finally, let me know what name you would like me to put under the "provided by" line.  Either your real name or your screen name will do.
